It's just that the law is going to be struck down because of an extremely political move by a very smart justice. When it came down to crunch time, the dems strong armed, bribed every vote they could until they had the numbers. Is there a possibility they same practice is tried with any judges? That seems to be the bigger issue to me. In no small part, their political ideals and their interpretations of the Constitution depend on each other.
