LabattBlue Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 What the injury was when the Iggles running back was injured with 28 seconds left? It was very obvious to me and the continued visual clues given during the play, replay, and aftermath(him GRABBING his HIP and them TAPING HIM to the board from his belly to his knee) made it even more obvious, yet the guys in the booth had zero clue (as usual). If ABC wanted to freshen up Monday Night they could just give up Madden's chair to your average FB fan and it would be more interesting (and more insightful). Alfalfa sucks too but for different reasons. 181995 I'm disappointed. Why stop at John & Al. No critique of the camera men, producers, directors, sideline reporters, etc... I'll look forward to seeing you next year on MNF.
Alaska Darin Posted December 28, 2004 Author Posted December 28, 2004 I hope not but he was in massive pain. I think it was their rookie fullback out of Minnesota, right Darin? 182038 Correct. Tapeh.

Tux of Borg Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 He dislocated his hip. Imagine if Dennis Miller was in the booth with Madden. I can just see John trying to figure out one of Miller's anecdotes.
taterhill Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 what is even more pathetic is the group that think they are too cool or smart to have any fun on the board....

Worth the price of admission right there.

R. Rich Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 I'd do a much better job than Madden. Thanks for your support. 182048 Yeah, but he has the Horse Trailer award.
Alaska Darin Posted December 28, 2004 Author Posted December 28, 2004 what is even more pathetic is the group that think they are too cool or smart to have any fun on the board.... 182055 Though people who take such things personally and reply to EVERY anti-cowbell post are the epitomy of coolness.
VABills Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 what is even more pathetic is the group that think they are too cool or smart to have any fun on the board.... 182055 If having fun by your definition is being a lemmings, licking windows and generally being a know nothing pest then I'll pass.
R. Rich Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 Let's not fight, people. On second thought, go ahead and fight.
taterhill Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 If having fun by your definition is being a lemmings, licking windows and generally being a know nothing pest then I'll pass. 182066 game set match...lemmings...you must be a load of fun at parties
PIZ Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 Come on guys. Every Buffalo Bills fan is cool in my book.
Mile High Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 Some people are just.... Sensitive to cowbell I guess.
Alaska Darin Posted December 28, 2004 Author Posted December 28, 2004 Come on guys. Every Buffalo Bills fan is cool in my book. 182073 You need to meet ALOT more people. Trust me.
VABills Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 game set match...lemmings...you must be a load of fun at parties 182071 I am. Just not the kind where a bunch of 15 year olds sit around getting trashed, throwing up and think they are cool.

From NFL.com... Rookie fullback Thomas Tapeh was carted off with 28 seconds remaining with a dislocated hip. ...and why did the eagles spike the ball with 0:01 on the clock?
