Jauronimo Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 A ringing endorsement for the Virgin Tebow from a former teammate. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7807571/denver-broncos-demaryius-thomas-miss-tim-tebow
Offside Number 76 Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 This is almost comical: http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/nfl-players-rate-tim-tebow-above-mark-sanchez-042912

biglukes Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 This is as hilarious as the list that had Tebow as a top ten Heisman winner in the NFL. The worst QB in the league as a top 100 player. Now that is funny.

Buffalo Barbarian Posted April 30, 2012 Author Posted April 30, 2012 Thread is back hope this stays up for years
CosmicBills Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Now it makes sense ... Tebow to be special teamer with Jets.
Offside Number 76 Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 Now it makes sense ... Tebow to be special teamer with Jets. Too funny. Sanchez's first 4 INT game, which (this year) will be his first game of the season, will have those silly NJ fans and that crappy NY press clamoring for TT to start.
DC Tom Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 Now it makes sense ... Tebow to be special teamer with Jets. Makes perfect sense. Who wouldn't trade a 4th and a 7th for a sophomore QB, formerly picked in the first round, with a $3M cap hit, as a special teams player? Dat dere's some cham-peen-ship level tinkin'!

Just Jack Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 I can't wait to see him return a punt. He'll just spread his arms and the opposing players will part like the Red Sea.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted May 8, 2012 Author Posted May 8, 2012 He'll just spread his arms and the opposing players will part like the Red Sea. ... I knew we should have drafted him.
Zulu Cthulhu Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 This thread rises from the grave to terrorize us more than dracula.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted May 16, 2012 Author Posted May 16, 2012 "Cavanaugh gushed about Tebow, the Jets' backup quarterback, in comments published Tuesday by the New York Daily News. That followed his comments in the newspaper on Monday, where he said starter Mark Sanchez suffered from making poor decisions in 2011. Cavanaugh told the Daily News that he believes Tebow "can be very good." "I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him over an extended period of time ... not just watching him play on film," he told the newspaper. "I think he's certainly got the arm strength. He has good mechanics. They're getting better every day." http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/7932591/new-york-jets-qbs-coach-matt-cavanaugh-tim-tebow-very-good Tebow will be starting sooner than they think.

"Immortality is the Gift of Chaos" "WE ARE THE DESTROYER!" "Sanity is for the weak!" Might I suggest a different avatar for you....given this post? eball Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Now it makes sense ... Tebow to be special teamer with Jets. Some funny comments to that article. My favorite: "A kickoff formation in the shape of a cross might not be the best idea..."
inkman Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 After watching his press conference how do you not love that guy. It's pretty easy for me.
Beerball Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I can't wait to see him return a punt. He could be a one man wedge on KO returns. BTW--I really, really want to shut this thread down.

Wasn't Cavanaugh like the jets 3rd or 4th option as jets QB coach? I know our coach, David Lee, turned them down. So how much credence do give to a guy, who was basically the toothless divorced 40 year old with 6 kids left at last call that the jets decided to go home with? Edited May 16, 2012 by Ramius
San Jose Bills Fan Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Wasn't Cavanaugh like the jets 3rd or 4th option as jets QB coach? I know our coach, David Lee, turned them down. So how much credence do give to a guy, who was basically the toothless divorced 40 year old with 6 kids left at last call that the jets decided to go home with? In fairness Cavanaugh was an NFL quarterback for 13 years in the NFL so there was a time when he was kinda hot? But I do love that Lee turned down the Jets to join the Bills.
