kenny3000 Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 (edited) ll me why Ingram isn't the pick at 10? If that's where the strength of our defense needs to come from, then why wouldn't they want to add a stout, pass rushing de to the front? that move would solidify our d-line really well, with talent all over. that's how the g-men do it, gotta add 1 a year. since we're late to acting like an nfl team, we need 2 this year. now, that would be a front that could weather the 16 game season and still put pressure on qbs if someone goes down. we can still get an ot in the 2nd or 3rd round to add to bell, once he realizes his market value and potential for this team/knowing the system/lt starter. i guess the question is, does ingram make more of a difference throughout the season than say dre kirkpatrick if he was available? i feel like it's the chicken and the egg. i'd be pretty happy about a 6'3'' baller cb but i really think as the season grinds on that extra talent on the d-line will make more of a difference.
