gomper Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Humor and violence...all rolled into one...enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMu2xNBpyQc
DC Tom Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 ...and youtube.com/watch?v=v7WlyuI7xGI Aw, damn, how could I forget that one?
CosmicBills Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 A throwback to screwball dialogue of films past ... but still an amazingly written and performed scene that gets me every time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCIXKzeaAAs
Doc Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Aw, damn, how could I forget that one? That and Vader tossing the Emperor down the shaft get me every time. Even 30 years later.
CosmicBills Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Many to choose from in this flick, but this one is my favorite: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg_9FQk6UnA&feature=related
Kelly the Dog Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 This is one of if not my absolute favorite last scene and ending to a movie, and one of the best pieces of acting ever, IMO. The look on Bob Hoskins face tells pretty much the entire movie you just spent two hours watching. Incredible performance and terrific film. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9SG-zYvPjk
Mark Vader Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Jack Lemmon was a great comedic and dramatic actor. Here is one of his funniest roles and arguably the funniest scene from this movie.
KD in CA Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 And from one of my all-time favorite comedys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqlJvGvtOvY

DC Tom Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Casablanca - La Marseillaise It's all the more poignant when you realize that the movie was made during the war, and that many of the extras singing in the scene were refugees from occupied Europe. And I nominate Bogey's nod at 0:45 as the single greatest head-bob in the history of film.
