boyst Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 Wait, doesn't it say that it's not illegal because he was over 17?
Acantha Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 Wait, doesn't it say that it's not illegal because he was over 17? No. It wouldn't be illegal if they weren't teacher/student at the same school. IMO, this shouldn't be against the law. She should be fired and not allowed to teach again, but the legal system shouldn't be involved (considering the age and consent). I consider it pretty disgusting that a teacher can't keep their hands off a student no matter what the age, and these teachers should never be allowed to take be in that role again. But IMO labeling this rape is more disgusting than the act itself. And yes.
