Best G on our team? Levitre was blowing things up early in the year before injuries had him shift to LT & C. Urbik was quite solid as well and a monster when pulling, something I question whether Steinbach could do. Rinehart added nice depth and looked good at swing showing he was coming back from the same broke leg injury Wood had. Right now Buffalo has 3 solid G with experience in the system all around 26 YO, add in Wood at C and that's a solid,YOUNG interior. Because you start two guards not one...I said he was better than Levitre, but it was close...I then said he is definitely better than the other guards on the team...thats why you bring him in. I think Levitre>Steinbach, and Urbik=Steinbach. I'll take a healthy, young Levitre/Wood/Urbik trio that played together and know each other every Sunday over moving one of them to the bench for Steinbach. Yes it would...thats all I was saying, especially given he is a 31 year old vet we could probably get him at a reasonable price. Especially when you consider the fact he had back surgery to end his season last year. See thats where we differ...IMO, the line greatly benefited with Fitz getting the ball out fast. The interior did not hold up consistently when Fitz didnt get rid of the ball fast which also affected our inability to go down field which handicapped our offense a lot last year. So, to me, the OL, specifically on pass protection, was a bit over rated and was compensated through getting the ball out as fast as possible making us more of a finesse team rooted in timing.
