DefenseWins Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 What happens to the #90 and Kelsay who currently wears it...
KD in CA Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Kelsay better offer it up as a welcome to his new teammate.
FleaMoulds80 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 (edited) Kelsay is an insignificant spec whereas Mario is a bonafide superstar. Kelsay better know his role and give up the number Edited March 14, 2012 by FleaMoulds80
peteski Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Do we know if Williams wants 90? Would the signing of Williams make Kelsay expandable? I for one don't want Kelsay cut but I would like him to redo his contract?
snamsnoops Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Give him #78! How nasty would that be Think 78 is a retired # for the Bills! It would be nasty though.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I have a theory on this but we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves here. I'm not normally superstitious but I wish we'd hold off on this stuff.

3rdand12 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Mark will not have to give up anything nor should. although he probably would being a team player.

RTW2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Who's mark? Mark Kelsay- you know, big Gazoo helmet.
tito1 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I said that to a few of my friends too some were for some against I think would be awesome I guess some numbers are untouchable, but would that be amazing. #78 is the greatest pass rushter in the history of the game...
JimKelly12 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 The only retired Bills number is 12. Now go get Mario! Make him the top paid defender and toss in a lifetime pass to Mighty Taco to sweeten the deal.
bobinaz Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Mark Kelsay- you know, big Gazoo helmet. Wasn't that Mark Kelso?

vincec Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 a) I think that people who are comparing Bruce Smith with Mario Williams are out of their minds. Smith was the best pass rusher in NFL history. Mario Williams is not even the best pass rusher in the NFL today. b) Chris Kelsay has been with the Bills for 9 years. He should not have to give up his number to a newcomer. JMO
