ndirish1978
Yeah he'll be a Giant. They lost 2 TEs to ACL tears and they need him.
Kevin
I can imagine a two tight end set with Boss, Chandler. Freddy or CJ in the backfield, and SJ13 and David Nelson as the wide outs. That would be pretty sweet.
John from Riverside
Guys.....we are not signing 2 high profile TE's(and I consider Chandler that) not in Gailey's system that puts a premium on RECEIVERS
bowery4
I was hoping we would be in play for him last year (and we apparently weren't) so don't see this happening but sure wish it would. I will say it again: Chan should steal more of Belicheat's system. The 2 TE spread works in the pros better than 5 wide. With our running back tandem, using this is a no brainer. 2TE's with Fred next to Fitz and CJ in the slot. Really you don't need one more big receiver, Nelson and Stevie, good enough. mjohns85
Boss is an average tight end at best. What has he ever done to show he is an elite tight end. Chandler is in the same category. Chandler was a good red zone target for us, but not because he is a great tight end. I dream of the day we get a top tier tight end, that can be relied upon throughout each game and all areas of the field.
#34fan
NYG is the logical landing spot. I wouldn't be surprised though to see him on Miami's roster come September.
