The Wiz Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I refuse to believe that MW is leaving, not when I devoted so much of my life to this thread. I see you saying that as your avatar in my head for some reason.
taglientep Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Just because it didnt happen yet doesnt mean it wont.. still could be working through contract negotiations. not just the dollar amount but what us guaranteed and what is variable;e
NickelCity Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 PFT is reporting on what we've already known - he is scheduled to leave tonight....we knew that yesterday.
thepizzaking Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Well if he is leaving tonight its only a matter of time until something is leaked about him signing or not Since he flew in here he has been scheduled to leave for another "visit." Don't worry so much, this is just PFT regurgitating something that is already known. This is the same thing as La Canfora saying Williams wasn't gonna sign Tuesday night. They're meaningless reports to get website traffic. There's nothing new or of substance there. He's been visiting with us for 2 days, and his fiancee was flown in today.
DC Tom Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Just because it didnt happen yet doesnt mean it wont.. still could be working through contract negotiations. not just the dollar amount but what us guaranteed and what is variable;e And he doesn't necessarily need to be in Buffalo for that. He does have an agent, right?
kickedface Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 didn't he "leave" buffalo yesterday? oh wait, no, someone f***ed up that info as well. i heard he was going to have his entourage roll into town tomorrow. hell its as realistic as pft. they might even report it after seeing this post.
TheBrownBear Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I never liked him anyway. He's no Chidi Ahanatou.
taglientep Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 And he doesn't necessarily need to be in Buffalo for that. He does have an agent, right? Yes but its still his signature on the bottom line
zonabb Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 No one makes a 24 visit without some real sincerity. No one drags their significant other into a football stadium and a city tour without some sincere interest. So don't count is out yet!
jo39416 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Literally my hopes and dreams ride on this decision. My life is sad.
Just Jack Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Yeah, it's not like he's a head coach candidate... I wonder if Buddy asked him how is his rolodex?
Canadian Bills Fan Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I have a sick feeling its all over. I have never been wrong when having this feeling
Just in Atlanta Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 The Bills need to get some word out. If not, I propose a class action for pain and suffering. Any lawyers out there?
TheBrownBear Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 No one makes a 24 visit without some real sincerity. No one drags their significant other into a football stadium and a city tour without some sincere interest. So don't count is out yet! Don't you understand? It was just another cruel trick played on the people of Buffalo. We are Carrie and the bucket of pigs' blood just fell on our head again.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Guys, the ups and downs of this story will make it much sweeter when the day is won. LaCanfora and co will be smited.
xsoldier54 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I'm growing bored with this nonsense. Either sign the contract or get the !@#$ out. It's been the longest free agent visit in history. Would love to have him, but my world will not end if he doesn't sign. Just tired of all the hype surrounding this. Get it over with one way or the other.
nobody Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I blame the fiance. She didn't like any of the restaurant options the Bills suggested for tonight.
Dorkington Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 No one makes a 24 visit without some real sincerity. No one drags their significant other into a football stadium and a city tour without some sincere interest. So don't count is out yet! I really hope it wasn't all roses and then they took a look around and decided "naaah".
