benderbender Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 The do know he resigned, right? Or maybe the article deadline was coming up and you just throw in whoever you have a stock picture of.
stevestojan Posted March 10, 2012 Author Posted March 10, 2012 The do know he resigned, right? Or maybe the article deadline was coming up and you just throw in whoever you have a stock picture of. Its not just the picture. They name him as one of 3 they may pick up. And it was posted today.
stevestojan Posted March 11, 2012 Author Posted March 11, 2012 The do know he resigned, right? Or maybe the article deadline was coming up and you just throw in whoever you have a stock picture of. And maybe since he's signed now, the skins will give us #1 picks through 2048 and the capital building for him.
....lybob Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 we demanded RG3 for Stevie so I guess it's a done deal
Shouldaplayedflutie99 Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 This is the dumbest thing I've read in quite some time...Is bills news that much under the radar that re-signing our star wr goes unnoticed by sports writers?...ridiculous
BillsWatch Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 They read this board and figured Ralph was too cheap and his check would bounce.
Doc Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 They could get him by trading 3-1st rounders and a 2nd. Oh, wait...
San Jose Bills Fan Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 This is the dumbest thing I've read in quite some time...Is bills news that much under the radar that re-signing our star wr goes unnoticed by sports writers?...ridiculous No. Actually the point is that Bleacher Report is an "open-source publisher" which means virtually anyone can submit "an article" for publication. The vast majority of their material is written by unpaid amateurs. Apparently their editorial overview is very lax also.
Zulu Cthulhu Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 (edited) Stop reading bleacher report. Your brain will thank you. Edited March 11, 2012 by Zulu Cthulhu
PromoTheRobot Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 I will say it again...won't it be hilarious if the Colts take RGIII? PTR
stevestojan Posted March 11, 2012 Author Posted March 11, 2012 I will say it again...won't it be hilarious if the Colts take RGIII? PTR The Skins are too smart for this theory to hold any weight. They want Luck. <---- after all these years on TBD, I have no idea what this ninja-like face is supposed to mean.
ExWNYer Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 The do know he resigned, right? Or maybe the article deadline was coming up and you just throw in whoever you have a stock picture of. Its not just the picture. They name him as one of 3 they may pick up. And it was posted today. bender is right, stoj. There's a pic of Stevie but nowhere is there any mention of him. The three they reference are here: "Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston and even Mario Manningham are among the best receivers the Redskins could pursue." But as has been pointed out, it's bleacher report...'nuff said.

Beerball Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 Unreal. They changed the article. I swear to you when I posted this the article had Stevie's name where Manningham's is now. The comments under the 'article' support what you are saying.
Doc Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 I will say it again...won't it be hilarious if the Colts take RGIII? I think the Skins would be equally happy either QB.
KD in CA Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 I will say it again...won't it be hilarious if the Colts take RGIII? PTR Not really; why would it be? You think the Skins would be disappointed with Luck??
shoretalk Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 Its not just the picture. They name him as one of 3 they may pick up. And it was posted today. Someone obviously read one of the first critiques of the post because Stevie is no longer one of the three the author is writing about (He now lists Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston and Mario Manningham.) but they still have Stevie's pic there. It's good to know that "reporters" in other markets value Stevie just like we do.
