SelmonSmith6378
Well, if you've caught my posts in the shoutbox, youm know I'm a big film buff. Im like reviewing movies, and I even give a few film suggestions up there when I can. So, because I know this site is SURROUNDED by fellow movie lovers I have decided to start a MOVIE CLUB! Basically, I'll assign a movie for you guys to watch over the weekend, and once you finish watching it, talk about what you thought about it here. Normally, I'd list the candidates myself, butm I'd like to get to know the kinds opf people who will be joining the club, and what kinds of films they enjoy. So post a comment and the films you like and once I get like 5 posts, I'll name the nominees for what movie we will watch. When that's done, we vote! I hope you guys like it (Especially SageAgainstTheMachine, him being a BIG movie buff)

SelmonSmith6378
Robomadison? [that would actually be a pretty good movie.] Clarence Bodicker: It work Dick Jones!!! Dick Jones: Mr. Bodicker, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul. Wouldn;t that be something special haha. but seriously, what's your vote? ajzepp
Ill vote for the Strangers and Robocop. The only film on that list I haven't seen is Strangers, and Robocop is the one I'd be most interested in revisiting.

Pilsner
Great idea Selmon. Good variety of movies. English period pieces aren't so shabby unless it's a Jane Austin. I used to never be into English pieces when younger but they've grown on me. Just saw Gosford Park for the first time and I have to say it's a well done movie. Quality acting and good script. The Strangers... When is the deadline to watch it? Edited March 12, 2012 by Pilsner

Mark Vader
Someone tried that last year. I don't even think it made it to the first movie. I remember that, this is a tough thing to get people to commit too. Still, I love movies so I'm willing to give this a shot.
