Logical Reasoning Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 In today's NFL, it could easily be argued that two good players are more valuable than one great player. A long season with a very physical game means that injuries are not only a possibility but a definite certainty. So when discussions about Mario Williams or Vincent Jackson come up to be potential Bills, I have to consider the cost against the probable production. Williams has been solid but not great and he is coming off a major injury that usually never heels completely. A Jackson signing would be beyond stupid when you consider the locked in money at one position.
jjmac Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 The better starter you have, the better backup you need to have. It can add up to a lot of $$$.
