She said she has "no income!" Don't the Taxpayers deserve to share in the winnings? Whomever was responsible for not checking the Lottery winners against the Welfare rolls should be fired! By that I don't mean some dumb clerk but the Administrator of the Welfare/Food Stamp organization. The "winner" should be prosecuted for Fraud!
