merlin Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 Was looking for Jason Peters' name yesterday, at least on special teams, and just found out he had been inactivated for the game. Does anyone know if he is injured, or was he a "healthy scratch"? After the play he made in Cincinnati blocking that punt and recovering for a TD, I was surprised he wasn't on the field yesterday.
JoeF Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 Hamstring Injury during practice last week. The big guy was a late scratch. Look for him to run with the blinders and off lasix this week. He will go to the gate a 4-1 favorite against the interior of the Steelers punt team.
