/dev/null Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 But why didn't Gregory challenge him on this?
DC Tom Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Require the Financial Services Industry to Pay Back Taxpayers. The Administration is calling for a Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee on the largest financial institutions to fully compensate taxpayers for the extraordinary support they provided to the financial sector So just to be clear...JP Morgan Chase, who paid back $11B of their $10B in TARP money they received, needs to pay more to "fully compensate taxpayers"?
GG Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 So just to be clear...JP Morgan Chase, who paid back $11B of their $10B in TARP money they received, needs to pay more to "fully compensate taxpayers"? Somebody has to pay for Fannie/Freddie/FHA capital replenishment.

Koko78 Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 And how much is GM's "Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee" going to be? No, that's different somehow. Apparently if you hire employees belonging to a union with millions to spend buying off Democrats, you don't need to repay your gubment loans.
