Hammered a Lot Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 The O.P. building inspector, was a contractor before getting a job with the Town of Orchard Park Buildings Department. When I talked to him (O.P.Building Inspector)three years ago he wanted the job done right on his roof. Squared off rafter tails, install new facias, install proper soffit ventalation. Job did not get done. He blamed his wife. Saw him this spring/summer never mentioned he was looking for prices to get his roof done. Well the job got done and the specs changed alot. He got what he paid for. 2 story plus 6/12 pitch 3 Layer stripper and redecked for $7500??
