The study was based on five factors: residential segregation, neighborhood affluence, public school quality, share of employment and share of homeownership.'
Jauronimo Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 In response to USA Today's findings, Elma resident and business owner Dave said "3rd Worst? Doesn't that depend on which side you're looking at it from?"
Koko78 Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 It's all the fault of the "man" for denying minorities the opportunities and means to properly bribe Mayor Urkel and his cadre of corrupt cronies for the chance at improving their lives. Mayor Urkel is surely sympathetic to their plight, but is simply not able to improve conditions of minorities within the City of Buffalo without the wheels of progress being properly greased.
KD in CA Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 What exactly does "residential segregation" mean?? Does that mean it's a bad thing when Koreans or Russians or Poles live near each other?
DC Tom Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 What exactly does "residential segregation" mean?? It means they couldn't spell "Cheektowaga".
