plenzmd1
link Now that my friend is a great list. I have been to maybe a dozen of them..all of the ones mentioned in the DC/Baltimore area, plus Monks and Standard in Philly. Was at Toronado in San Fran a week or so back..now thats a beer bar!! $5.50 Pliny the Elder and Sculpin drafts..hard mornings let me tell you but well worth it. I would make one addition... here in Richmond VA..Mekong. Yes thats right, a Vietnamese restaurant with the greatest, hardest to find beers on tap..great combination for an enjoyable evening out. PromoTheRobot
No mention of the Blue Monk in Buffalo? I've been to Eulogy in Philly and the Monk is every bit as good. PTR Edited January 30, 2012 by PromoTheRobot
The Poojer
was at Monks on Friday, had a russian river Blind Pig...mmmmm...gonna do memphis this weekend. Eulogy is good, but its strictly beligian's. Khyber should be on there. TJ's in Paoli. P.O.P.E. should also be there. I'd put them on all above Standard. But then again...gee...what a problem...great beer bars that didn't make the list.... link Mekong definitely belongs! Now that my friend is a great list. I was at the San Diego Toronado last year and we asked the bartender if we could bring in some food from the mexican place down the road.
