Astrobot Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 I will submit our positional needs to DraftTek today, so I looked at the BigBoard, ran a simulation, and got an idea who's currently available in each round. If you don't see a name (like Upshaw), they were picked just before our pick. This will help me determine which positions you'd rather take sooner, and maybe put in a grab for a popular player. -Astro RD1 Whitney Mercilus OLB34 Quinton Coples DE43 Riley Reiff OT Iowa Jonathan Martin OT Stanford Alfonzo Dennard CB Nebraska Luke Kuechly ILB Boston College Melvin Ingram OLB34 South Carolina Janoris Jenkins CB North Alabama Zach Brown ILB North Carolina Nick Perry OLB34 USC RD2 Ronnell Lewis OLB43 Oklahoma Ryan Tannehill QB Texas A&M Bobby Wagner OLB43 Utah State Bobby Massie OT Mississippi Markelle Martin FS Oklahoma State LaMichael James RBC Oregon Andre Branch OLB34 Clemson Juron Criner WRF Arizona Dwight Jones WRF North Carolina Stephon Gilmore CB South Carolina Andrew Datko OT Florida State Zebrie Sanders OT Florida State Kendall Wright WRS Baylor Alameda Ta'amu DT34 Washington Brandon ThompsonDT43 Clemson RD3 Kendall Reyes DE34 Connecticut Kellen Moore QB Boise State Travis Lewis ILB Oklahoma Lavonte David OLB43 Nebraska Antonio Allen SS South Carolina Orson Charles TE Georgia Lucas Nix OT Pittsburgh Vinny Curry OLB34 Marshall Nick Toon WRF Wisconsin Mike Brewster OC Ohio State Chandler Jones DE43 Syracuse Billy Winn DE43 Boise State Aaron Henry FS Wisconsin A.J. billsfan714 Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Kellen Moore in round 3 is about 2 rounds too high.
jcbillsfan Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 My two cents olb/de shoud be 1 cb or wr 2 and or 3 4 ol 4b lb 5 cb 6 wr 7 te Kellen Moore in round 3 is about 2 rounds too high. could be worse then that, read on some site that he played so poorly this week he might not get drafted
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 If Andre Branch was available in the 2nd round I'd be ecstatic… and if the Bills passed him over I'd be despondent.

The fun of this draft is figuring out what MIA will do 2 slots before we draft, because they have a major need at pass rusher too. As far as Kellen Moore goes, I think he played his way into RD3 last night. I see him being taken by pick #74 (our RD3). The way the talent is, though, if we don't take him he could drop as far as RD4#113 (Dallas), as most teams will have their QB's by then.

As far as Kellen Moore goes, I thought I was being generous with the 5th round. The guy is a sub 6 foot, lefty without NFL arm strength. I realize he won a lot of games in college but so did Danny Wuerffel and Ken Dorsey. What round did Dorsey get drafted in? Oh yeah the 7th. Draftek doesnt know what they're doing if they have him going in the 3rd. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings/TSX/2012_QB http://nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=71028&draftyear=2012&genpos=QB
1B4IDie Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 They don't sign Stevie or any Free Agents WR goes to #1 with a bullet. With no movement on the SJ front it's likely to happen.
