So apparently Wannestadt was on NFL radio the other day, and confirmed the Bills were going to run a 4-3.

You should probably email Wannestadt then.

Did you hear this first hand? Can anyone confirm?

Webster, you make an excellent point. To quantify what you are saying about DE34's, there are six players in the Top 100 that are DE's, and are currently on our Big Board at 12, 25, 37, 38, 74, and 84. That usually drives their value up if you are one of the 8 teams that wants a DE34 in this draft.

BUT...

If you want a 4-3DE, there are eleven in the Top 100, with 5 teams that really want a DE43 in this draft, so they can be likely had in RD2 and RD3.

Nice Astro. That's the way to draft. The draft every year is weak is some aspect and strong in others. With all the Bills needs, should be easy to let the draft come to them if they're smart.

What do you think the odds are that any one of the three: Andre Branch, Melvin Ingram, or Nick Perry will be available when we pick in the second?

There is no good reason for the team to announce their defensive strategy now.

No reason to try to keep it a secret. When the Bills practice, scrimmage, and play pre-season games they will show their defensive scheme.

Nick Perry - RD1#20 to Tennessee

Melvin Ingram RD1#16 to the Jets

Andre Branch - available at RD2 to the Bills.

Ronnell Lewis could also be available at RD2 (watch Tampa Bay at #36).

, Lavonte David, and
would.

I know they like

I can't personally, I didn't hear the interview, but I do trust the people who've said they heard him.

Which is a long way off, post-draft, post-free agency. Can't we all just wait til then, instead of whining about it now?

I think I posted before, what do we really know?

Why don't we know more?

Are the Bills trying to keep it a secret prior to the draft?

Will they go all defense in the top 3 or 4 picks?

as much as we all want to know the bills really dont have to come out and tell anyone

but id be shocked if they didnt run a traditional 4-3
