There's no cure, no drugs, only can be controlled by diet. If you don't pay attention to it breaks down your immune system and you'll end up with; diabetes and/or a whole range of cancers. No Pizza, pasta, beer, bread etc. Told my wife IF I ever get diagnosed with anything terminal to drop me at John & Mary's for lunch and Bocci for the "last supper!"
