bisonbrigade
Agree with kicking FG. Way too much downside giving Pats momentum If they didn't pickup the 1st. How many times do you think the Ravens will get in the redone. I would of faked field goal.
Danny
(a few minutes ago) As the refs measure to show 4th and a half yard to go... Simms- "What i would do here is go up and call a qb sneak and if i like what i see.." Nantz- "Yeah they're sendimg out the field goal team..." Simms- "Yeah...that's what i would do..." truth on hold
Face mask = back of helmet ? Vince wilfork is playing huge. Sack, essentially forced a sack, and 6 yard loss in the last 5 plays? Looks like ravens adjusted for him
NoSaint
Face mask = back of helmet ? Looks like ravens adjusted for him Poorly named rule, as you can't get inside any edge of the helmet with your hands. The facemask is just the most common way to do that. Fixxxer
I love how they (pats players) get away with the all the shoving and pushing after the whistle. If that was a raider player is an automatic flag.
KD in CA
Yes! If they keep giving Flacco time to throw, they have a real shot at this one. Come on D, time to make a play.

Simon
Yes! If they keep giving Flacco time to throw, they have a real shot at this one. Come on D, time to make a play. Oddly enough, the reason he's getting time is because they couldn't protect him in the first half. Now they've gone to a heavy dose of play action and sprintouts that are working great.
