truth on hold Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 9'ers look desperate on O w/ the college razzle dazzle stuff
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 These announcers are morons. "I don't know what that was there…" WTF do you think it was? You wanna bet there was a receiver running a deep pattern?
NoSaint Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 At least admit that SF is FORCING the turnovers. Their defense is playing a great game. I gave credit earlier. The sproles and roby were all on them though. And devery going to the ground was a big factor on the pick. The D has been huge though- honestly played great on most of the non-turnover plays (several more impressive plays without having the impact) These announcers are morons. "I don't know what that was there…" WTF do you think it was? You wanna bet there was a receiver running a deep pattern? Agreed. Awful.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 And then the second guessing because Gore threw a bad pass.
Bob in STL Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Saints have bad tackles. Went 5 wide and yet again drew got killed. Happened with a 3 man rush repeatedly last quarter when they went 5 wide. Without the help the tackles are getting eaten up. Makes you think twice about Bell, Pears, and Hairston.
NoSaint Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 5 wide tackle beat again. Lucky Grahams a big target inside. 6 lineman and a fullback in on the deep ball to follow. Must be driving Peyton/carmichel nuts calling plays
Rob's House Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 49ers are stacked with talent. Lots of 1st rd talent whose previous teams didn't utilize properly.
truth on hold Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Blatant picks and they still can't complete a pass
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 The Niners offense is really getting desperate now with the gimmick play and the two offensive pass interference calls.
BringBackFlutie Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Strange...the Saints are looking a lot like us right now, with the short zone getting flooded. Difference is that Brees is nailing the long throws and the 9ers are making great plays on the ball to break it up anyway.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Look at Willis chasing Graham all over the field. What a battle.
NoSaint Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 5 wide and the ends meet in the back. Luckily he could step up for a second
Simon Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 5 wide and the ends meet in the back. Luckily he could step up for a second Wow, Colston just short-armed a 4th qrtr go-ahead TD pass in a playoff game He ought to hear about that one.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Wow, Colston just short-armed a 4th qrtr go-ahead TD pass in a playoff game He ought to hear about that one. Very catchable and the D-back whiffed on the ball and the body.
NoSaint Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 (edited) Wow, Colston just short-armed a 4th qrtr go-ahead TD pass in a playoff game He ought to hear about that one. I didnt think it was fear, but an awkward placement. He's made plays on those throws all day and all year. It also might have grazed the forward defenders hand to knock it slightly outside. Very catchable and the D-back whiffed on the ball and the body. I was surprised he didn't come down with it too. Edited January 15, 2012 by NoSaint
Rob's House Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 The 9ers offensive play calling is horrendous. All pass happy with a lead & the one time they call a run they telegraph it. They ought to give the Saints a heavy dose of Al Gore.
NoSaint Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 (edited) 4 on 6 and still got to him. Great pass rush I'm amazed the announcers haven't keyed on the 6th lineman on so many plays Edited January 15, 2012 by NoSaint
truth on hold Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Punt was huge not giving 9era impotent offense field position Justin Smith monster game ! Brees is starting to show frustration with his oline. Why werent they double teaming smith ? Left guard was standing around blocking no one
