Just Jack Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 Man accused of stabbing 6-year-old Sherrill girl to death is beaten in Oneida County jail David Trebilcock, 30, is in jail awaiting trial on murder, assault and weapon charges in the July 19 death of Lauren Belius in a Sherrill home he shared with his girlfriend. On Wednesday morning, he was assaulted by Shaun Andrews, another inmate, in a dormitory area of the jail, Sheriff Robert Maciol said today.
