Saying he "feels more comfortable with the structure of the Dolphins' organization," despite their celebrity minority owners and Jeff Ireland being retained as GM means he thinks that things are unstable in STL. And that would be because they're going to be sold and/or moved. And Lombardi even mentioned the possible move as turning him off from that job and taking Miami's offer.
apuszczalowski Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 Good stuff. With the Manning/Luck situation, I'd be surprised if the Colts didn't bring in an offensive guy to be Head Coach. But I guess Williams/Fisher or whomever could always bring in a respect OC to work with the franchise quarterback(s). Why? With manning you already have your OC on staff, you don't need an offensive minded coach. I would rather bring in a coach that specialises in my teams weakness then my strength.
