But while were totally overgeneralizing- he did say we'd build through the draft so doesn't that mean we will never sign a FA? Given his other finds such as UFA David Nelson, and our other late round WR picks, it would seem Nix has an eye for WRs. I dont know his entire resume of every WR picked under his watch at his various teams, but from what we do know, it looks pretty good. That very well might mean that we DONT sign any FAs and he sticks to drafting them.
Never NEVER Give-up Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 If we're hell-bent on staying young and with no-names, go get TO who would love to prove the world wrong about his ability to play. He could carry us over for 1-2 years while the youngsters develop. And if Chan-Fitz are gonna sling it 40+ times a game, there would be plenty of touches for TO & everyone else!!
