Hope he plays and we NAIL him I know.....(to some) "I'm mean" but I really hate Golden Boy.
BiggieScooby Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Dareus is out to do to Brady what he did to Colt McCoy in BCS Championship game.
NEBuffaloBillsFan Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Brady will play. I'm hoping that somehow, Jasper lines up as a nose tackle and Brady pees his pants.
H2o Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Could this be the "Brady-esque" opening for Ryan Mallett?
jjmac Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 If there is any chance of Brady playing, he'll play. They'll still trying to lock up the #1 seed.
Gray Beard Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 They may feel that they don't need Brady to beat the Bills. This isn't the same Bills team that beat them in week 3. Rest him for the playoffs.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Brady will play. I'm hoping that somehow, Jasper lines up as a nose tackle and Brady pees his pants. I don't think the sight of a big guy would make him pee his pants. Now if Jasper sat on Tom's tum tum, that likely would do it. Bladder compression, ya know.

Toshiero Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 You guys do understand they are going to destroy us on Sunday right?
judman Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 I don't understand how he (Brady) missed practice Wednesday for "non-injury related reasons," and then the next day is getting x-rays. Didn't the pats* get into trouble for listing/not listing injured players? They constantly listed Brady as probable, right? Citing a "shoulder injury." Should they get slapped for this, or is this not a big deal? (I realize this last question involves citing the pats* for doing something wrong, and the league seems to loathe doing this. )
Bob in STL Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 (edited) Brady will play. I'm hoping that somehow, Jasper lines up as a nose tackle and Brady pees his pants. Brady would not know Jasper from Capser (the friendly ghost). Edited December 30, 2011 by Bob in STL

CodeMonkey Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Quote: "Asked Friday what Brady was able to do in Thursday's practice, Belichick said simply, 'Play quarterback.'" Link On the news last night they showed Marcia during practice and said he participated in stretching and agility drills only thursday. My opinion is they want home field advantage, so Brady will play if Bellicheat thinks it will take Brady to win.
TAinLack. Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Could this be the "Brady-esque" opening for Ryan Mallett? Ryan Mallet will be in the 2nd half after a significant lead by the Patriots in the 1st half..., hope I wrong, Go Bills!
CodeMonkey Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Ryan Mallet will be in the 2nd half after a significant lead by the Patriots in the 1st half..., hope I wrong, Go Bills! Not the way the pats D has been playing. 4th quarter maybe.
TAinLack. Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Not the way the pats D has been playing. 4th quarter maybe. True, but what are the chances our defense shows up 2 games in a row?! In addition, Brady will be looking to avenge his horrendous 1st game against us in Buffalo. I believe he will get it! Again, I hope I'm wrong!
dpberr Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Brady will play. He threw 4 interceptions when healthy, with an intact offensive line. This game, he'll be at 85-90% with two starters missing from the line. Belichick has too much of an ego to change the game plan significantly. The Bills defense will see the same or very similar plays from New England. The opportunities will be there.
judman Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 That first round bye stuff is overrated. But a week off would help Brady get healthy, etc... I just want Brady, et al. to endure a 2011 Bills sweep first. Getting swept should chap their ass. That would be a proper send off into the playoffs.
Jerry Jone's Toupee Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 A career ending injury to TB would make a bad season almost bearable.
