boyst
Frankly, I am shocked. I know we have some upper echelon talent but we are overshaddowed in those positions by other bigger talents. NFL.com article
PromoTheRobot
Fred Jackson and Kyle Williams would have made it if they weren't injured. Someone will get added as an alternate. PTR

PTR George Wilson, as well. Had Levitre not had so many change ups in position he could have made it. I had long shots on Barnett and Byrd. Gray Beard
I'll be surprised if nobody is named as an alternate. Byrd went two years ago, so I think he has some name recognition that gives him the best shot to be selected as an alternate. Jackson and Williams would have had a shot if they were healthy. Bills!Win!
The NFL needs to do what the NHL does for it's all-star game where they have at least one player from every team. Edited December 28, 2011 by Bills!Win!
sullim4
The NFL needs to do what the NHL does for it's all-star game where they have at least one player from every team. Why? Ralph tells us patience and we don't have a single non-injured Pro Bowl caliber player on the roster. Good players don't get injured at the rates that our supposedly good players seem to. This should be a wake up call to all the fans that think we are one or two good players away from making it. We aren't even close. What a waste the past ten years have been. BiggieScooby
Levitre, and Dareus were our only contenders once Jackson went down.

We aren't even close. What a waste the past ten years have been. I agree with everything you say here except the statement regarding good players and injuries. Granted some of this is from team conditioning. But Freds leg injury, and few others are not due to conditioning. We are what we are. A team that is almost devoid of NFL caliber starting players, healthy or otherwise. Plus were 2 going into 3 years of our latest "rebuild". Yet some here think were close? We don't even have a true NFL starting quarterback yet. We are nowhere close to being a playoff team. Historically 6 and 9 teams suck because they have no talent. This years pro bowl voting proves it, like it does year after year. it's scary too guess that our starting O-line tackles next year, could be Hairston and Pears. Sorry Pears is buried on the depth chart of quality NFL teams not starting. Hey Ralph, and Russ, does any of this mean anything to you guys? I seriously doubt it. As for alternates what a krap 2nd place prize that honor is. I believe alternates are the only way a Bill has made it in for years now. pathetic. bouds
Just proves once again that the Bills have no talent. Ralph, please sell the team! Brandon Merriweather was a pro bowler last year, guy can't even start now. Rep and overall team success is all that matters with PB.
Dorkington
We haven't had a sure thing pro bowl player in years... It really speaks to how poorly we draft and develop talent on this team. Full of mediocre and talentless players, year after year.

Full of mediocre and talentless players, year after year. Yup. And once they actually do develop into pro bowl type players we don't resign them. PTR Freddy... Ok yes he deserved a spot. Fat Boy Williams, deserves NOTHING. He was injured ALL year long and gets NOTHING.
