BuffaloBill Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 This is why I try to avoid flying at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Security lines are hellacious with all of the "amateurs" out. While technically ok to bring through security the woman should have thought twice about bringing something that could be construed as "gel." While the TSA guy went overboard better that than being too lax.
Just Jack Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 I think they would be more concerned with the jar being used as a weapon.
Marv's Neighbor Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 It's all for show! We're no safer on an Airplane now than we were before 9/11. The big problem is we're paying through the nose for this nonsense!
PromoTheRobot Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 I've traveled with cannollis and other Italian pastries from the North End of Boston for my dad in Florida with no problem. It all depends what airport and who you get. PTR
