Dopey Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 I know he's on IR, but I believe he's a FA after this season. Given the state of our wr's, I say bring him in and let him fight for a job. We could use his speed, and he looked good in the slot 'till he got hurt. I know he hasn't stayed healthy much, but we need all the wr help we can get. Hopefully Easley and Roscoe can provide some help to this depleted postion, almost like 2 free draft picks. We need it. Thoughts?
I hate the Bills ! Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Roscoe blows, he cant stay healthy, acant return punks or kicks anymore, is under 6' tall, and he is smaller than the kids on our JV football team.
Beerball Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Roscoe is always healthy after his stint on IR.
Erik Flowers Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 buh bye. Roscoe is always healthy after his ANNUAL stint on IR. Fixed that for you.

Erik Flowers Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 ECHO! ECHo! ECho! Echo! echo! cho! ho! o!
mrags Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 No thanks. I'd rather the Bills sign ine of the 13 year old ball boys to WR. At least they will be taller and have more of a solid body for the WR position in the NFL. He'll probably stay healthy longer than 3 games a season too.
lvbillzfan Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 5-11 team with Roscoe 5-11 team without Roscoe
Johnny Hammersticks Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Roscoe should just retire now and preserve any dignity that he has left. I actually like Roscoe, and would like to see him retire as a Bill. Would be a class move on his part.
FrankReichComeback Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 The problem is that Roscoe is so small that he always is hurt. If (and this is a big if) he can stay healthy I really see him being a solid role-player in this offense who can make some plays. Remember some of those clutch catches he made last year for first downs. Chances are that no NFL teams are going to throw money at him, so why not resign him?
jr1 Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 That small fry would get hurt on a 2 hand touch team
robert cohen Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 he'll always win a job in training camp but this is not flag football... he cant take hits and should be delegated to being just a punt returner and even just as a PR , i doubt he makes it thru a year... he is so brittle its sad..
Omar Little Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 (edited) Knowing how the Bills operate, they'll probably bring him back and let Johnson walk. Edited December 16, 2011 by Barry Zuckerkorn

They have Nelson, Spiller, Naaman who can play the slot. I also would rather a second tight end on the field. Let him go.
Big Hurt Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Roscoe is small. Welker is also small. Why can't Roscoe be more like Welker?

Roscoe and Easley are the reason (annually) for "this depleted postion"--and you're hoping they can provide some help?? 5-11 team with Roscoe 5-11 team without Roscoe To be fair, it was 0-8 with Roscoe, 4-4 without Roscoe (and another 5-8 since).

I actually like Roscoe, and would like to see him retire as a Bill. Would be a class move on his part. Why should he retire? He lost dignity with you for being injury prone? Why would the Bills fans be honored if he retired a Bill, what would that mean to anyone? This post is absurd.
