Just Jack Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Nice idea, bad attempt. Several times I had to stop and rewind because they had so many names/pictures and they quickly went to the next set of pictures/names.
erynthered Posted December 16, 2011 Author Posted December 16, 2011 Nice idea, bad attempt. Several times I had to stop and rewind because they had so many names/pictures and they quickly went to the next set of pictures/names. I'll agree, it was difficult. I just kept pausing it each time they rolled to another person. I'm sure after the new year there will be a better one on the tubes.
Chef Jim Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Isn't this video a bit premature?? Nice idea, bad attempt. Several times I had to stop and rewind because they had so many names/pictures and they quickly went to the next set of pictures/names. Fits right in with the American attention span.
Andy Rooney Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Isn't this video a bit premature?? I have not heard of any new people coming.....yet. I thought the ending was a nice tribute to me.
Mr_Blizzard Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 (edited) No mention of Ronnie Hammond; lead singer for the Atlanta Rhythm Section during their prime.. Ronnie Hammond Edited December 19, 2011 by Mr_Blizzard
/dev/null Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 David Emanuel Hickman, among others, deserves a mention
BuffaloBill Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Gotta add Kim Jung Il now. Yeah and that is why this list should not be published until January 1.
Chef Jim Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Gotta add Kim Jung Il now. My point exactly. Add a winning season to that list too.
Spun Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Here is a more extensive slide show without the music and with some tasteless ads. http://www.latimes.com/news/obituaries/la-me-2011notables-gallery,0,155600.photogallery Some of the names I didn't know about (Bill Keane of Family Circus and Grete Waitz distance runner). Walt Hazzard played for the Buffalo Braves in 1971-72. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Hazzard
