Zulu Cthulhu Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 All the same questions we've been asking each other here...
Tsaikotic Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 all good questions, but where was he trying to go with the "all CB's are black" comment??
cage Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 all good questions, but where was he trying to go with the "all CB's are black" comment?? I think just mixing in other random observations in exasperation...
Chimp Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 all good questions, but where was he trying to go with the "all CB's are black" comment?? How many really good white CB's play in the NFL?
BuffaloBill Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 all good questions, but where was he trying to go with the "all CB's are black" comment?? My thought exactly - I guess it is a fact but what does it have to do with the Bills and why even ask the question?
Tsaikotic Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 How many really good white CB's play in the NFL? according to Sullivan...good or bad..none are white
dave mcbride Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 all good questions, but where was he trying to go with the "all CB's are black" comment?? There was a story on this by William Rhoden in the New York Times yesterday. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/12/sports/football/at-some-nfl-positions-stereotypes-reign.html?_r=1&scp=1&sq=rhoden%20cornerbacks&st=cse
Chimp Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 according to Sullivan...good or bad..none are white Do you think he really meant all as in everyone? Or are you being overly dramatic?
Paup 1995MVP Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 My thought exactly - I guess it is a fact but what does it have to do with the Bills and why even ask the question? he asked the question because it is an interesting point if it is in fact accurate. Nothing more, nothing less. Does questions that have to do with race make you uncomfortable?
The Big Cat Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 If Tim Tebow had the Bills' defense on his side, would he be 7-1 as a starting quarterback this season, or more like 1-7? At least he nailed this one... If I were the Denver defense, I'd be standing in Tebow's shadow saying, "Uh, excuse me..."

The Big Cat Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 I think they should be standing in the media shadow and saying excuse me. I meant to imply that Tebow's shadow was cast over the media.
Tsaikotic Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Do you think he really meant all as in everyone? Or are you being overly dramatic? you obviously didn't read the article and are just trying to goat me into an argument of some kind.
K-9 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 I meant to imply that Tebow's shadow was cast over the media. It's more like Tebow's shadow is cast by the media. GO BILLS!!!
Chimp Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 you obviously didn't read the article and are just trying to goat me into an argument of some kind. I'm not trying to goad you into anything. I was just asking
The Big Cat Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 It's more like Tebow's shadow is cast by the media. GO BILLS!!! They're casting for something alright.
