San Jose Bills Fan Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Agreed. Same was the case with the 13-0 saints. At about 9-10 wins you always see people circling games on the schedule and by 12 it's all week every week news. That said, saints will go to lambeau, run behind nicks and Evans, with ivory and Ingram. Screens with pt23 and sproles, throw between the hashes to Graham, colston and lance Moore and make it a game even (especially) in bad weather. If the game turns ball control you will see what a Dline with will smith, abruyo Franklin, sed Ellis, Shaun rogers and cam Jordan can do to clog lanes and hold the point. This isn't the finesse arena team that people think of. In bad weather they match up physically but would have to be ready to get used to footing, etc. In fact, the Saints are likely the better offense if weather grounds the passing attacks. The Saints O-line is more physical and their running backs (Thomas, Sproles, Ingram) are much better than Green Bay's.
Cru Jones Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 No team as gone undeated. Neither will GB. Slow....Clap well played Sir.

Bronc24 Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 As a Packer fan I would love the undefeated tag, but I would trade 1, 2, or even 3 losses for a Lombardi. That being said, I don't think we get beat at Lambeau. Our only road game left is at KC. Hostile crowd, but I don't know. Can't wait to see it unfold! I'd trade my left nut for a Lombardi.
Doc Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Slow....Clap well played Sir. It's not true. The '72 Dolphins went undefeated. And prior to that, I'm sure people were saying that no one would ever go undefeated.
Nanker Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 I'd trade my left nut for a Lombardi. True, you might. However, finding a trading partner would likely be the stopper.
The Wiz Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 True, you might. However, finding a trading partner would likely be the stopper. Sounds typical for the Bills, why not the fans too?
Mr. WEO Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 It's not true. The '72 Dolphins went undefeated. And prior to that, I'm sure people were saying that no one would ever go undefeated. Oy. Nevermind
Max997 Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 (edited) Even politicians are throwing their predictions out. Link I don't remember all the undefeated talk starting so early for the Broncos or Colts, even the Patriots talk didn't really ramp up until the last couple of weeks. And the ESPN segment with Tedy Bruschi talking about what it takes to go undefeated made him look as pompous as ever. But what evened it out is when he had to talk about how they lost the Super Bowl at the end. The undefeated talk usually heats up once a team hits 10-0 or 11-0. There might be more thus year simply bc of what the pats did just a few years ago A lot of people think last weeks gm vs the Giants was their last big test as well Go Pack! Doc Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Oy. Nevermind Okay, got it. But I'd submit that every team has gone undeated.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 We just gave Fitz a monster long-term deal. We're not drafting a 1st round QB. Unfortunately this topic is undealeted.
Astrobot Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 They also did not go "undeated"... He meant "undead."
NoSaint Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Wow. Rodgers just threw 4 straight incompletions - his longest streak of the season.
