BuffaloBillsForever Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Right now he is your assistant head coach and linebackers coach. Leave him be and bring in Mangini! Yeah, I said it.
DanInUticaTampa Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 i'd go for it. doubt mangini would be interested.
GeorgeEdwardsTeeth Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 I would like to see Jack Del Rio. Sounds like he was a train wreck as HC, but the guy has always coached a tough team and had pretty good defenses.
boyst Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 I do not think the Stache wants to coach our D. I think he wants some say so, the authority-without the responsibility. At his point in his career there is nothing to prove and nothing to lose; I fully expect him to go the route of Dick LeBeau.

Authority without responsibility is bad for the organization
