n3wyork13 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Aaron Maybin forced fumble on a sack late in 4th to seal it for the jets........6 sacks 4 him now
zonabb Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 (edited) Who f*cking cares? The Jets have a defense, we don't. That's the difference. sanchez is as noodle-armed and inaccurate as Fitzputrid. Edited December 4, 2011 by zonabb
bowery4 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 whaa whhhaaa whhhaaaaa you might as well cry like a baby, he is gone and that is that, why not start a thread about Mario Haggen's pick 6, he is gone too. Sometimes, I hate Bills fans.
EldaBillsFan Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 I love it....all of a sudden everyone wants to talk up maybin....but when he was here soo many people cryied about how soft he was..... we gave up on a kid who was only 24 years old....smh....
benderbender Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 We asked him to play out of position and wondered why e couldn't produce
EldaBillsFan Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Same people that wanted to run maybin out of town are the same ones that would run stevie out of town

BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 They refer to Maybin as "Mahem" in nY. The guy switches sides on the line, sometimes stands, sometimes in down stance. Amazing how our coaches could not figure this out. Oh yeah, when was the last time we actually got a sack?
PS 56 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 It shows that our coaching staff is blind to the talents of its players. They throw away a high draft choice who actually had some talent after all.

Maybin will probably improve over the coming years. Edited December 4, 2011 by CodeMonkey
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 It shows that our coaching staff is blind to the talents of its players. They throw away a high draft choice who actually had some talent after all. Maybin was so bad in buf it was blinding. Why does if matter he is a good situational player on a defense with multiple probowlers? Bills need more players like Barnett and Darius and better corners before a pass rush "specialist" would be any kind of help. Why folks can't accept it and move on?
mrags Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Males me feel better. I predicted Maybin to have a coming out year and about 8-10 sacks in camp. Too bad it's with another team :-( Still not upset he's not a Bill. He wasn't doing that with us. Call it Rexy putting him into the right positions or Maybin deciding he's ready to play now that he's not stuck in Buffalo, or maybin he got an itch up his @ss and looking to probe everyone wrong. Either way, I don't care. He's a good kid from many articles I've read about him. We crucified him in Buffalo because we tried to make him something he's not. I hope he continues to play well.

Sometimes, I hate Bills fans. I hear what your sayin, I would rather have it put like this though...His success is proof of how inept our Bills whole staff is, how can a supposed total bust have such success with just the change of a team? The answer is the whole football organization from top to bottom..
DFITZ1 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 It shows that our coaching staff is blind to the talents of its players. They throw away a high draft choice who actually had some talent after all. It shows that Maybin was NOT a high round draft choice. Situational players should not go in the high rounds. The Bilkls coaches being unable to use him the way the Jets have is an embarassment to them. However, his check with the Jets is a lot less than the multi mils be got from Ralph.
Coach Tuesday Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 (edited) Kinda wild when you think about all of the Bills' castoffs around the league, you cold almost build an entire roster of starters (do the Bills have that now?). Peters Incognito Hangartner Scott are all starting o-linemen. McGahee and Lynch at RB. Evans at WR. On defense, you have Ron Edwards and Justin Bannan at tackle, and CJ Ah-You at end; Maybin, Poz, Haggan at LB; Greer, Clements, Winfield and Lankster at corner, Whitner and Leonard at safety. And Wendling is the best special teamer in the NFL. And folks wonder why we lack depth. Kinda sad... Edited December 4, 2011 by Coach Tuesday
OldTimer1960 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 It shows that our coaching staff is blind to the talents of its players. They throw away a high draft choice who actually had some talent after all. I reluctantly agree. I've wanted to defend Gailey so far, but they had Maybin for 2 years under the immortal George Edwards and he couldn't even get on the field. Now, with the Jets (admittedly, they have better talent around him) he has out-sacked the entire Bills defense excluding the 'Skins game. More an indictment of the coaching staff, especially the FAR-over-his-head Edwards, than the GM IMHO. Edwards is public enemy #1.

Eventually, you will come to the realization of how bad this organization is like the majority of the rest of us already have.

You are right we need a whole bunch of players like we already have because our defense is just so dominating?
