MadBuffaloDisease
Got this from the BuffaloBills.com message board. Don't know what it means in terms of Willis playing tomorrow, but good news nonetheless. I'd still rather let him, Peters, and any of the other injured players, sit and rest for the Steelers game. BillsGuyInMalta
If its true, it's excellent news. Knowing Willis, he'll want to start and see how his leg feels. If the Bills start controlling the game early though, he'll be out at halftime.

jester43
yea for willis, but "sh--!" regarding peters! how many more tight ends can we lose?
MadBuffaloDisease
It's probably not too serious. And he didn't play much TE really.
Alaska Darin
It's probably not too serious. And he didn't play much TE really. 177389[/snapback] But he was a VERY important member of our special teams. Especially kickoff coverage.
MadBuffaloDisease
But he was a VERY important member of our special teams. Especially kickoff coverage. Peters has only been active for 5 games this season. While I agree he's made them dominant, they were still pretty good before. Let him rest against a bottom-feeder like the 49'ers and save him up for the Steelers and the playoffs.
_BiB_
No one misses Dorenbos?
MadBuffaloDisease
No one misses Dorenbos? Not really. Banta replaced him without a hitch, and Dorebos made him money and will be back next year.
jester43
not to belabor the point, but i don't see how this offense can function without tight ends. i think that has been our biggest problem thelast 2 weeks, and i think it is a problem that peters was/is on his way to solving for us...at least for the playoffs this year. cowbell.
