Somebody said "It takes more time to fix mediocrity than being horrible," which is true about the Bills, because over the past decade (save a season or 2) we have had mediocre records.

Bill's Records (00-11):

8-8

3-13

8-8

6-10

9-7

5-11

7-9

7-9

7-9

6-10

4-12

5-5 (so far)

Then compare us to a team like Detroit who has had a million top 5 draft picks and are finally headed in the right direction at 7-4 with their "franchise QB" in the making and an anchor on defense. Also Atlanta, who have found their franchise QB with the 3rd overall. Then there's the Colt's, who need only one year of irrelevance to get their new "franchise QB" to become relevant for another 10-12 years. You don't hit on every pick in the draft, I understand, The one time we had the 3rd overall pick, we selected Marcell Dareus (a pick that I love) isn't going to be a game changer (although I'm glad we didn't reach for Gabbert). Do you guys agree with that quote or not?
