Wacka Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 My father was a Teamster and didn't like the union. There was a drunk on my dad's shift. Everyone knew he was a drunk and the union rep and management both agreed they would like to fire him, but with the contract they couldn't. Eventually the guy retired for health reasons (because of the booze). The guy ended up frozen to death in a snowbank because he passed out.
