There is no plan on offense and there is no plan on defense. Where in the world is this team heading and who the hell can lead them? If they could just solidify one side of the ball for the first time in a decade, fans might be able to see progress but they suck on both sides year after year. You know what I would do? I would throw millions at Rob Ryan in Dallas, tell him about the wings and get a freakin identity around here. No big name coaches will accept this crumbling project so get a defensive minded guy in here and have him go out and get a decent O coordinator. I have never seen a team who has been rebuilding for 10 years fail so badly year after year. This team is soft and has no direction at all. Adjustments are not being made, Chan's one trick pony offensive gameplan has been figured out and the defense has all the wrong schemes for their players.

Rob Ryan has never done squat in the league and had problems with the only offense that managed to make the Bills pass-rush look good. Lets give him a fat check because he's on camera a lot and has a cool name. Actually that sounds like something the Bills might do.
