KD in CA Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Nope. And my password manager is my brain.
UConn James Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) I've used LastPass via Firefox for a couple-few years. It's been great so far [knock on wood]. But my Hotmail account, that I don't use LastPass on, was hacked and used to send some spam a few months ago. Got messages from some friends and saw it all in the Sent folder. But I heard that happened to several people I know who use Hotmail.... Whoever/Whatever it was didn't change the password, thankfully. I did... to something much harder and with numbers. DC Tom Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 There is something deeply significant indicated in human psychology by the presence of "monkey" on the list.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 (edited) I have a rotating cast of made up words that I use. "Torgsdeep", for example, is one of the retired ones. Perfect system because I'll never forget them, but nobody could ever guess them. Edited November 20, 2011 by SageAgainstTheMachine
EC-Bills Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 http://www.neowin.net/news/the-worst-online-passwords-did-you-make-the-list Will you stop breaking into my machine and posting my password list?!?
Jim in Anchorage Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 There is something deeply significant indicated in human psychology by the presence of "monkey" on the list. Yet another racist post.
LeviF Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Nope. I tend to use favorite quotes in a similar manner to your song lyric example. A retired one: Ihavea10k_yr_oldbrain
Chef Jim Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 When I saw the password our IT department set up for our office wifi I thought "you're !@#$ing kidding me?"
LewPort71 Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Many years ago my office computer was upgraded and my old one was transfered to another area of the plant. When they started it, there was a password screen and one of the guys said, "It has to be Bills related." So they tried Bills and that worked. Now the passwords change every 90 days.
CowgirlsFan Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I use - Drink Wine all the time. I once used "Let's go Buffalo" and "Go Bills" at work.
thebug Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 When I saw the password our IT department set up for our office wifi I thought "you're !@#$ing kidding me?" That is my password.

Beerball Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 There is something deeply significant indicated in human psychology by the presence of "monkey" on the list. Truly, especially with the glaring omission of penguin.
SelmonSmith6378 Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I knew that ... Billssuperbowlchampions ... would be safe Haha. Also might try "Lionssuperbowlchampions"
