UConn James
"This showcases the advantage of being in Los Angeles, how people would rather be outside or inside," said Ron Turner, principal of the project's lead architect, Gensler. "We need a symbol, a gateway. It's important for people to say, 'Wow! That's L.A.' " Wow....that's an LA fruitcake speaking - makes me want to kick his pansy ass!!! (summoning my inner Ditka). He says that like there's any other alternative. Well, I guess one could argue for underground....
Clippers of Nfl
Wow, what an atrocity. That's the worst building design I have ever seen. like another poster said. looks very futuristic. i actually like it. ps. downtown la, staples center, la live nokia all of it with all the lights reminds me of times square. not kidding. very pretty. everyone that goes there you see "ohhhh ahhh" im pretty sure by the time they fit that stadium there, there will be way more WOWS, than your opinion. T master
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/sports_blog/2011/11/aeg-farmers-field-new-design.html Screw LA !!! There broke for one & that's all we need is another team in Cal. so more fans can be hospitalized !!!!!
Clippers of Nfl
since i live in the la area, the idea of another team is great. FOR ME. what i dont like is the chargers coming here???????? 1. i hate them already (irrelevant) 2. san diego continues to have a strong fan base. trust me, they live here in la too. hate them too. so why them? that's only going to leave them empty down there in san diego. i prefer team #33. put them in the afc west and have the los angeles fill in the blanks win the division their first year. lol. boyst
I do find it ironic that it's called "Farmers Field." Since when did Los Angeles become a city of farmers? They aren't farmers, dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb I am farmer, dun dun dun dun dun. ...being super cereal, though, I think it looks like something I sit on in my office.
