Yah clearly something is not right with him healh-wise right now. If by "elite" you mean Andre or Calvin Johnson well duh, of course he's not that but the idea that you can't win with him as your #1 WR is pretty silly; he's just entering his prime years and he can run every route. We can either sign him or revert back to the same old agonizing process we've seen at CB over the years - "hey lets let Jabari Greer walk and use our 1st draft pick on McKelvin and hope he's good".
