Toledo Bill Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 It is a shame he can't play Sunday. What a wonderful opportunity it would have been for him to showcase his abilities. Also, too bad for the Bills. If they are planning on trading him this could have really helped.

Fortunately, we are playing SF, so he would have a good day. If we were playing one of the top teams then things could be different.
BRH Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 The only thing I think is too bad is that Travis ruled himself out of Sunday's game even though we're listing him as questionable and the coach isn't saying whether he'll play or not. Thanks for helping the Niners with their game-planning, Travis.
SouthTownBills51 Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 I think once hes healthy again, other teams will look back at his abilities and what he can do..and maybe present some offers to TD. makes you wonder, if TH had another 1000 yard 10 TD season, would the nfl consider him worth a first rd pick?

You might get a second, but not a first unless the teams GM is a moron.

BillsGuyInMalta Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 A 2nd is about 50/50 for Travis, if you find a really ignorant, needy team you could dump him off. Remember, how many people here kept saying we couldnt get a 1st out of Peerless until the good ol' Falcons wandered into the equation? A 3rd rounder is more likely...maybe a 3rd and a 5th to sweeten the deal.
