Just Jack Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 Drivelapse USA: Syracuse man creates time-lapse video of 12,225-mile road trip across U.S. Central New York native Brian DeFrees wanted to see America. He was nice enough to invite everyone else to see it, too. The 25-year-old freelance media specialist, who specializes in video production in Syracuse, left CNY in August to travel 12,225 miles around the country. Along the way, an intervalometer took pictures every five seconds from a Canon 60D digital camera attached to the windshield of his 2009 Honda Civic Si. When he returned from his road trip in October, he had more than 200,000 pictures and turned them into an amazing time-lapse video.
