However, given the pattern there is a possibility that there may be. If anyone has any information .... This is just far too frequent and isolated to be "random" acts of natural bodily decay. A couple of the feet belonged to suicide jumpers from the bridges. Also they mentioned that just the feet are appearing because the shoes float.
