Many teams have one individual that remains around but represents mediocrity. You know the team will never arrive so long as that gross mediocrity is around. A prime example is Dan Snyder, the Redskins' arrogant but clueless owner. For the Bills, it's Leodis McKelvin. He has no business being on the team (I cringe when I see him on the field). When he is gone, perhaps the Bills have truly arrived.

Leodis has been up and down this year. He's hardly an impact player but not Chris Watson either.

 

Jayron Hosely from Va Tech is the best CB that I've seen play. Amazing ball instincts. Kirkpatrick is physical as hell but I've seen him get beat way to often.
