truth on hold Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 i thught he made the first--but itt was still a bad challenge--unprovable. then the slowwwwwwwww developing run---inexplicable That was jauron-bad
AxelRipper Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Levitre missed his block. Sneak won't work against that DL, at least not today.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Bills staff has been totally outcoached by Schottenheimer and Ryan today.
Mike in Syracuse Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Dude they know the game is over. Wrong time to judge the D. They played well enough to win. It was the offense that lost this one. Played well enough to win? The Jets have had the ball for 3/4 of the damn game. Not a lot of 3 and outs by my count despite the Jet's having a bunch of 2nd and 15's and 1'st and 15s.
NastyMan Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 if anything I really hope this butt kicking we are taking today is a wake up call for the Bills....we need it after today
TheBrownBear Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Bills staff has been totally outcoached by Schottenheimer and Ryan today. agreed. If not for a couple bonehead plays by sanchez, they might have beaten us by 30.
Geno Smith's Arm Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 No separation by WRs all day. combine that with Fitz's inability to throw deep consistently and the Jets are a nightmare matchup for us. Yes that a problem too, but if they were full strength on the line they could run the ball. They didn't have time to get deep much, and they couldn't run it. O-line.
RkFast Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 The Bills got beat up ON THE FIELD. The Jets defense was great today. their secondary airtight.
The Big Cat Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Bills staff has been totally outcoached by Schottenheimer and Ryan today. Yeah. Man for man The Bills are getting DOMINATED. Definitely the coaches' fault.
bizell Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Yes that a problem too, but if they were full strength on the line they could run the ball. They didn't have time to get deep much, and they couldn't run it. O-line. don't think we tried running it enough. fred was averaging ~5 ypc when the game was close yet we kept passing passing passing
Geno Smith's Arm Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 agreed. If not for a couple bonehead plays by sanchez, they might have beaten us by 30. I just think they are a bad matchup for the bills RIGHT NOW. Not coaching, just don't have the pieces to matchup against them.
RkFast Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Yeah. Man for man The Bills are getting DOMINATED. Definitely the coaches' fault. SOOOO agree with this. The Jets kicked the crap out of the Bills on the field. Lombardi, himself couldnt coach this Bills offense to a win today.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 these PI calls BS ball wasnt catchable at all
26CornerBlitz Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Yeah. Man for man The Bills are getting DOMINATED. Definitely the coaches' fault. Oh you're right...coaching and the game plan has nothing to do with NFL outcomes.
EldaBillsFan Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 (edited) We played horrible...they played great....they had an excellent game plan against us.... But 4th and inches....SNEAK THE DAMN BALL! Edited November 6, 2011 by EldaBillsFan
Wilson's Ears Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 No separation by WRs all day. combine that with Fitz's inability to throw deep consistently and the Jets are a nightmare matchup for us. hopefully we can actually find a WR in the draft that can separate... the nickel & dime passing attack only works so long in this league. need someone that can get deep and those are pretty hard to find undrafted & in the 7th round route... of course, which is the route our owner prefers
Geno Smith's Arm Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 (edited) don't think we tried running it enough. fred was averaging ~5 ypc when the game was close yet we kept passing passing passing They had man to man with an extra guy on the line. If you can't get deep, you have to have great run blocking. The O-line is too banged up to handle that task RIGHT NOW. IO thought they should have tried to at least threaten them by sending Spiller out wide to go deep. Edited November 6, 2011 by Matthews' Bag
