Captain Hindsight Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Anyone not worried about Maybin is living in denial. He's producing for the Jets, there's no reason to ignore him. So what if he didn't produce for us, or if it's all schemes, the fact is, he's getting to QBs, it's something we need to pay attention to. Once we resign Ed Wang I wont worry about Maybin

Fan in San Diego Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Anyone not worried about Maybin is living in denial. He's producing for the Jets, there's no reason to ignore him. So what if he didn't produce for us, or if it's all schemes, the fact is, he's getting to QBs, it's something we need to pay attention to. He produces when running unblocked at the QB. Fred will level this lightweight.
TheBrownBear Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Sunday's game has got to be an intimidating prospect for maybin. After all, he's facing the same guys who have lit him up on the practice field for the last two years.
boyst Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Sunday's game has got to be an intimidating prospect for maybin. After all, he's facing the same guys who have lit him up on the practice field for the last two years. And, yet, part of me wants to see Maybin on the field smiling. I really, really cannot understand that. He never lived up to his drafted position - but it is not his fault he was drafted where he was. We never saw him play enough, anywhere, to get a true vibe from the young guy. It just is a head scratcher!
