Webster Guy Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) Of all the great defensive plays out there today, this to me is the most impressive. Dareus at 6'4 about 320lbs taking the proper angle and running down Beck for the sack on the sideline. Great effort and speed for the big fella. These are the "hustle" types of plays that guys like Kyle Williams and other pro bowlers make. He's so fast for his size. I always thought he was more of a power, space eating 0-technique guy but he could play end the way he moves. The dude is just learning too. I'm getting a 99 jersey. http://www.buffalobills.com/media-center/videos/#?id=e39037f8-0003-4fa4-bcc3-fac574b89d93 Linky Edited October 31, 2011 by Webster Guy

PeteBills4ever Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 I was thinking the same thing when I saw that play unfold, I was very impressed at how fast he got in position to make that play, big Marcell is a beast!!!

benderbender Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 All he needs is a better pass rushing supporting cast and he could be the next Bruce in the making
Dorkington Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 All he needs is a better pass rushing supporting cast and he could be the next Bruce in the making He's more of a Warren Sapp, IMO.
John from Riverside Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 I thought it was interesting how people were saying that Marcel is "no suh" not that long ago.... He is every bit as dominant as Suh....every bit
BRAWNDO Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) He is going to be fun to watch for a long time. Edited October 31, 2011 by BRAWNDO
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 All he needs is a better pass rushing supporting cast and he could be the next Bruce in the making More like Reggie White. With Kelsay back, moats outside, Batten (who needs more reps)and Merriman gone our pass rush is on the upswing, Even Spencer Johnson and Carrington where tearing it up.
Special K Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Just got my Dareus jeresy... Got my Dareus jersey 2 weeks ago, and wore it proudly today....what a beast this guy is.....340 lbs, and runs like he's 240 lbs. Amazing athlete.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 He's more of a Warren Sapp, IMO. Yeah, more like a LARGE Warren Sapp. Remember to last January and there were as many if not more supporters of drafting Nick Fairley or DaQuan Bowers on this board?

No he's not Vick but he's a pretty fast guy he didn't run down Vinny Testeverde
